Which London nightclubs offer private venue hire?
Most of London's exclusive nightclubs offer private hire, either as full buyouts or partial sections. Maddox Club, Selene London, Maison Close, Funky Buddha, Cuckoo Club, and Cirque Le Soir are among the most popular choices for private events. Capacity ranges from intimate 50-person hires to full buyouts of 400+. Tell us your event details and we'll match you with venues that fit.
How much does it cost to hire a London nightclub?
Private hire pricing depends on the venue, day of week, time of year, and whether it's a full buyout or section. As a guide: section hires typically start from £5,000–£15,000, full buyouts from £15,000–£50,000+. Pricing usually combines a venue fee with a minimum bar spend. We can negotiate package deals tailored to your budget and event type.
What types of private events can I host?
London nightclubs host a wide range of private events: milestone birthdays, corporate parties, product launches, engagement parties, post-wedding receptions, fashion shows, brand activations, and exclusive members' nights. Many venues are licensed late, suit DJ-led entertainment, and can accommodate custom branding and bespoke menus.
Can I have my own DJ or live entertainment?
Yes — most venues allow guest DJs, live performers, and custom entertainment subject to advance approval. The venue's resident sound and lighting setup is included. We coordinate technical requirements, performer riders, and any branded visuals with the venue's production team ahead of your event.
Do venues offer catering or just drinks?
Some venues have in-house dining and can serve canapés or sit-down dinners. Others are drinks-only. For full dinner-and-club packages we can arrange catering through the venue or recommend nearby restaurants for a pre-club dinner with seamless transfer to the club afterwards.
How far in advance should I book a private hire?
We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks ahead for partial hires and 3–6 months ahead for full buyouts, especially in peak season (May–September) and December. NYE and Christmas hires often need to be locked in 6+ months ahead. For last-minute enquiries we'll always check what's available.
Can the venue be branded for my event?
Yes — most venues allow custom signage, branded LED screens, custom cocktail menus, themed decor, and red carpet entrances. Some allow more extensive branding than others (e.g. wrapped DJ booths, projected logos). We'll let you know what's possible at each venue and coordinate with the in-house events team.
Is the venue hire booking service free?
Yes, our consultancy service is completely free. We negotiate directly with the venues, arrange site visits, and coordinate the booking — you only pay the venue's hire fee and minimum spend. We make our money through partnerships with the clubs.
