• A fixed group size. The table is quoted for a set number of guests. Tell us early if your numbers change.
• Which floors are open. The club runs one floor on a normal Thursday and both floors on Friday and Saturday. How it opens on New Year's Eve is the club's decision, and we confirm it with your table.

Dress code and ID

The dress code is elegant and enforced: no sportswear, running trainers, shorts, caps or fancy dress, and clean, minimal trainers are at the door's discretion. Black is the safe choice. Entry is 19+, a year older than most London doors, so everyone in the group needs physical photo ID.

What the night sounds like

On a normal weekend the main room upstairs plays open format, hip-hop and RnB, and downstairs plays house. The club has not announced New Year's Eve DJs or a theme; when it does, we tell everyone who has registered.

The Cuckoo Club: last year, labelled as history

Last New Year's Eve this floor still traded as the Cuckoo Club. That name is no longer used, and older Cuckoo Club NYE details do not apply to 99 Regent Street.

Getting there and home on New Year's Eve

• Nearest Tube: Piccadilly Circus, two minutes from the Swallow Street entrance. Last New Year's Eve Piccadilly Circus closed or went exit-only from 11.30pm, so plan a route via Green Park or Oxford Circus as well.
• Last year's Tube (NYE 2025): the Tube and DLR ran all night, but stations near the river closed or went exit-only through the evening: Charing Cross from 6pm, Westminster from 9.30pm, Embankment and Temple from 11pm, and Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus from 11.30pm. TfL had not published its NYE 2026 plans as of October 2026, so check again in December.
• Fireworks crowds: the Mayor of London's fireworks are ticketed. Tickets went on sale at 12pm on Friday 23 October 2026, only through Ticketmaster, at £20 to £50 depending on viewing area and residency, and london.gov.uk is clear that nobody gets into the viewing areas without one. Expect the streets towards the river to be busy around midnight.
• Black cabs: an extra £4 is added to metered fares between 8pm on 31 December and 6am on 2 January.
